Session Policies
These policies are here to help create a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone involved. They outline what to expect before, during, and after your session so everything runs seamlessly.
Booking & Payment
A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Galleries will not be delivered until the full balance has been paid.
Travel
Sessions outside of Conway may include a travel fee for locations more than 10 miles away.
Punctuality
Sessions begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session and fewer images delivered.
Please arrive dressed and ready to begin at your scheduled time.
If additional time is available and the session extends beyond the scheduled end time, it will be billed at a rate of $25 per 15 minute increment.
Session Environment & Conduct
A respectful and safe environment is required for all sessions.
Catie Raines Photography reserves the right to pause or end a session at any time if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. This includes yelling, aggressive behavior, or anything that creates an uncomfortable environment.
No refunds will be issued in these situations.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Ensuring all participants are present and ready
• Bringing outfits, props, and personal items
• Securing access to the chosen location if needed
Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative participants or conditions outside of their control.
Props
Some sessions, such as Signature Minis, include basic props provided by the Photographer.
Custom props, themed setups, or special requests may require an additional fee for materials and setup and must be discussed and approved in advance.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice.
Retainers are non refundable.
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or lighting conditions to ensure the best possible outcome.
Image Delivery
A proof gallery will be delivered for image selection.
Final edited images are typically delivered within 7 to 14 days after selections are made.
Artistic Style
By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my work and trust my editing style.
Final images are edited in a style consistent with my portfolio. Minor adjustments may be considered, but extensive retouching or additional edits may incur an additional fee.
RAW or unedited images are not provided.
Right to Refuse Service
Catie Raines Photography reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these policies.
